Series LD Linear Grilles are designed for installation in the sidewall, and ceiling, and are recommended for supplying heated, ventilated or cooled air and or returning or exhausting room air.

When installed in the sidewall near the ceiling, LD Linear Grilles provide a horizontal pattern above the occupied zone. Core deflections of 30° direct the air path upward to overcome the drop effect resulting cool primary air. Use of the deflected cores also improves sight-tightness of the grille face.

When installed in the ceiling, LD Linear Grilles provide a vertical downward air pattern which is effective in projection heating and cooling the building perimeter from ceiling heights above 12-15 feet. Application of downflow primary air should be limited in volume to insure against excessive drafts at the end of the throw. Core deflections of 0° —30° direct the air path angularly downward as required.

LD Linear Grilles are fabricated of high quality aluminum extrusions and are satin anodized. Keyways and splice plates facilitate hairline butting of foot sections to form continuous lengths. Volume dampers are integrally fastened to Series LD Grilles. Grilles can be fitted with hinges for field mounting to structural supports. 90° mitered corner sections are furnished in one piece. Blank-off baffles are furnished behind inactive sections of continuous grille lengths.

型號LD採用高質鋁合金合成，如將兩條接上在一起便可造成一氣貫通之效果，更可配上調節閥和假風口用之遮光冚，而不需要因為風管而將風口折斷，更提供任何指定度數之角型段以連接線型咀到室內任何一個角落。
